Andrew Dietz
Andrew Dietz is founder and Managing Partner of Creative Growth Group, Inc. Mr. Dietz is an experienced marketing strategist, client developer and coach with 25 years experience including marketing professional services with both large and emerging companies. Mr. Dietz graduated from The University of Michigan, Ann Arbor with a Bachelor of Business Administration degree with a concentration in marketing. He received his Masters in Business Administration with honors from Duke University's Fuqua School of Business with an emphasis on services marketing. Mr. Dietz is a frequent contributing writer and expert on marketing and management issues for local and national business publications and edits the monthly online publication, Growing Professional Services. He is also the author of the nationally acclaimed book, The Last Folk Hero. He currently serves on the Board of Directors for the Museum of Contemporary Art of Georgia and is an active committee member of the Anti-Defamation League of the Southeast and of The One Ninety One Club. He lives in the Buckhead neighborhood of Atlanta with his wife Janice, and daughters Samantha and Jessie.
Mira Ilieva Leonard
Mira is a Partner at Creative Growth Group. Her role is to plan and execute Creative Growth Group's new product development and expansion efforts, including developing the Client Advisor Awards. Mira is an experienced marketing professional and entrepreneur. Prior to her work with Creative Growth Group, Mira led marketing for a financial services consultancy and was an important team member with an emerging technology company. She has also run her own international importing business. Mira is a member of the Atlanta Women's Foundation Destiny Fund program, Class 2009. She is a Summa Cum Laude graduate of Newman University, KS and of Oglethorpe University's MBA program.
Mike Wien
Mike Wien, founder and senior consultant at Wien & Associates and Partner at Creative Growth Group, helps clients grow more consistently and profitably by applying nearly three decades of senior level marketing and sales expertise to their operations. His clients benefit from both time-tested instincts and the predictive power of a 50-point marketing diagnostic tool. Success is delivered in the form of stronger implementation and more predictable sales growth. Wien's own track record has been notable for this type of value delivery. As a senior marketing executive, he has developed marketing programs that increase sales and market share for such major organizations as: Deloitte & Touche, Cole Taylor Bank, Citibank, Omni Hotels, PepsiCo (Frito-Lay and Pepsi-Cola Bottling Group)Wien's most recent role was national director of marketing for Deloitte & Touche, the global audit, accounting and consulting firm. In that position, he drove the e-Business marketing initiative, along with the national industry marketing program, new service development and marketing human capital services. Mike has a bachelor's degree in marketing from Colorado State University and an MBA from Northwestern University. Mike is also a world class triathlete and regularly finishes among the top performers in the world in his age group.

- Bob McDonald, PhD
Dr. McDonald is a leading organizational coach and performance improvement specialist as well as a successful author and entrepreneur. Dr. McDonald's long-term research was summarized in his acclaimed book, Don't Waste Your Talent -demonstrating how individuals can focus on their natural abilities and construct an individual strategic plan leading to significant productivity increases and increased career satisfaction. Dr. McDonald is the founder of Bob McDonald Consulting and was also cofounder of The Highlands Program, a national performance improvement training company.
Executive Impact and Communication
- Eric Seidel
Mr. Seidel and his team are renowned experts in executive presence, communication and media training. He served as news director of WGST Radio, Atlanta, where he put together the market's largest radio news staff, which included Forrest Sawyer, who has since reported and anchored for CBS News, ABC News and now NBC News. And, as WGST's station manager, he hired and developed syndicated talk hosts Sean Hannity and Clark Howard. He also covered the Supreme Court for CNN, and worked for CBS Radio in Philadelphia. In 1997, Mr. Seidel founded The Media Trainers LLC where he teaches executives and other public figures how to communicate persuasively and with impact and the importance of building and maintaining relationships with the media. He received a Bachelor of Journalism Degree from the University of Missouri.
